Cancellation and Refund

The project can be cancelled at any time by means of formal notification.

1. If the cancellation occurs before production begins, the amounts paid may be reassessed.

2. If the project is already underway, the deposit will not be refunded, as it corresponds to the time, planning, and production already completed.

In specific situations, the studio may consider delivering only part of the material produced up to the point of cancellation.
